Well and Septic Permits
Well Permits - $125
One hundred dollars of the permit fee
remains in Dubuque County, while the remaining twenty-five
dollars is sent to Iowa Department of Natural Resources for
improvements and updates to the internet based private well
tracking database.
Those wishing to secure a well permit must come to
