and Assessment
The Community
Health Needs Assessment process was initiated in the fall of
2003 under the direction of the Dubuque County Board of
Health. During the fall and winter of 2003, several
community forum meetings were held to provide opportunities
for the citizens of Dubuque County to give their input
regarding the community health needs assessment.
